Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Vritto, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Vritto”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). They govern your access to and use of the Vritto website at https://vritto.app, the Vritto mobile applications, and all related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to create an account and use the Service. The Service is a personal organizer for adults managing their own health, finances, and household records; it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
2. Description of the Service
Vritto is a private personal organizer that helps you keep connected records across areas of your life, including tasks, calendars, contacts, notes, health, finances, travel, media, and other modules. The Service includes optional integrations with third-party services you choose to connect, optional AI-assisted features, and connections through the Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) that let AI assistants you authorize work with your Vritto data. We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.
3. Your Account
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings. Notify us promptly at contact@vritto.app if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Plans, Trials, and Billing
Parts of the Service require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, plan features, and any free-trial terms are presented on the Pricing page and at the point of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and your saved payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel.
- Free Trials: New accounts may be offered an introductory free trial. If a trial requires a payment method, you will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends to avoid any charge. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends. Trials are limited to one per person; we may decline a trial where we detect repeated trial use.
- Web Purchases: Subscriptions purchased on the web are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time in Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- App Store Purchases: Subscriptions purchased in our iOS or Android apps are billed by Apple or Google through your app-store account and are governed by the applicable store's terms. You manage and cancel those subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and refunds for store purchases are handled by the store.
- Price Changes: We may change prices or plan features prospectively. Price changes to an existing subscription take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable advance notice.
- Usage Allowances: AI features are subject to fair-use allowances that vary by plan, as described on the Pricing page. We may throttle or pause AI features for the remainder of a period when an allowance is exhausted.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel a web subscription at any time in Settings, and it will not renew again. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. Deleting your account cancels any active Vritto subscription so it cannot renew later.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate applicable law or another person's rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
- Impersonate a person or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with, disrupt, probe, scrape, or bypass the Service's security or access controls, or access the Service by automated means outside the interfaces we provide.
- Upload malicious code, or use the Service to harm others or to build a competing service.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you add to Vritto. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, back up, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service and the optional features you enable. This license ends when your content is deleted from the Service, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights needed to add it. If you publish content through an optional sharing feature (such as a public guide), you are responsible for what you choose to make public.
8. Third-Party Services and Data Sources
The Service offers optional connections to third-party services (for example Google, Microsoft, Canvas, Steam, and Stripe Financial Connections) and enriches your records with information from third-party data providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control. You decide whether to connect them and can disconnect them at any time.
- YouTube: Vritto's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- TMDB: Movie and TV information is supplied by The Movie Database. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
- Steam: If you connect a Steam account, Vritto uses the Steam Web API to read your public Steam profile, game library, playtime, and achievements, and to populate your own records for your personal use. Vritto is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam. Your plan pays for the Vritto service, not for access to Steam data, and Steam-sourced information is available on every plan that supports connections. Valve may change or discontinue the Steam Web API at any time.
- Other Providers: Additional catalog, reference, and safety data comes from providers such as IGDB, Google Books, the U.S. National Library of Medicine (RxNorm), openFDA, NHTSA, and the CPSC, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Information from data providers (including recall notices, drug information, flight status, market and pricing data, and similar reference content) is provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Verify important information with the original source.
9. AI Features
AI features, including SahAI, extraction workflows, and MCP connections, generate content and proposals automatically. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong, and is not reviewed by a human before it reaches you. Review AI-generated information and proposed changes before relying on or applying them. You are responsible for the actions you approve.
10. Not Professional Advice
Vritto helps you organize information about your health, medications, finances, taxes, insurance, vehicles, and other important areas, but nothing in the Service is medical, pharmacological, financial, investment, tax, insurance, or legal advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional judgment; consult a qualified professional before making decisions in these areas. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you saw in Vritto.
11. Mobile Application Terms
The Vritto mobile applications are licensed to you for personal use on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the applicable app store. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies: these Terms are between you and Vritto, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or refunds for the app beyond those required by the App Store terms; Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product-liability, regulatory, and intellectual-property claims, which are our responsibility to the extent required; you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country and are not on any U.S. government restricted-party list; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you. If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your use of the app.
12. Intellectual Property and Feedback
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Vritto, Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will give reasonable notice where practicable so you can export your data. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 12, and 14 through 18) survive.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE (INCLUDING THIRD-PARTY AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT) WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VRITTO, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE AND (B) US $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Vritto, Inc. harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at contact@vritto.app and give us 30 days to work with you to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally and that is not eligible for small-claims court will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted remotely or in the county where you live. YOU AND VRITTO EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION; disputes may be brought only on an individual basis. Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing contact@vritto.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If the arbitration agreement is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, the law, or our business changes. If a change is material, we will give notice before it takes effect, for example by posting the revised Terms with an updated date, showing a notice in the Service, or emailing you. Continued use of the Service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and delete your account before the change takes effect.
19. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and Vritto about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
